With a lack of Fathers in the home, the breakdown of the family, so many families who see little of each other, absent discipline from parents, it’s easy to see how we got where we are today. Let’s read the Wisdom found in Proverbs on this subject and how it applies to our lives.

In today’s podcast and chapter, we will discuss the means by which God instructs us to lengthen our days. Follow along with us as we study the chapter and learn!

In today’s chapter, we will cover a variety of topics, including
-Older is not always wiser
-Riches better than Gold or silver
-How God has set before each of us life and death, and asks that we choose life and blessing.
-How we each have a choice, and that we are not robots.

It’s been a while, but we are back, starting anew in Proverbs.
For the next 31 days, we will do a chapter daily and look into the meaning of some of the most proverbial …. quite literally…. parts of the Bible, and applying them to our lives today.

Listen here!
In today’s Psalm, we will hear David’s heart in trouble, and as he cries out to God. We’ll talk about the difference in pride and humility, and God’s plan for us.

In today’s Psalm we’ll be discussing Love and how God’s grace is new every morning.

In today’s reading, we will be discussing the first half of the chapter, and covering the subjects in it, the greatness of Yehovah, trusting in Him, John Lennon’s “Imagine, the concept of familiarity, and confusion.

Today’s Psalm is all about David crying out to God. His obedience, how God called him a man after his own heart, how we kept himself from the paths of the destroyer, asked God to keep him as apple of his eye, and under the shadow of His wings. A very encouraging Psalm for those hard times, and any time.

Today’s Psalm again covers a lot of ground. We will discuss offerings, how our sin debt is paid, false teachers, listening to God or the voice of the stranger, and minerals and the role they play in the human body.
