Proverbs 26, Through the Bible series: “The People of God” *Podcast*

In this longer chapter, we go over a lot of ground, talking about health, including what the Bible says about our kidneys, heavy metals in our environment and how they affect us, vitamins and minerals, and how the blood is the life of the body. And lastly, the importance of Israel, not fighting against them, antisemitism today, and dividing up God’s land and the consequences of that.

Super Tonic- Homemade Flu & Cold Helper *Recipe*

When the cold and flu season comes along, it is always good to have several different things on hand to hit it from different angles. Antibiotics do not treat viruses, and we don’t want to put these chemicals into our bodies, especially when they aren’t going to do any good anyway!

Antibiotics destroy gut flora, killing your good bacteria. This leaves an open door for candida to come in, adding to your health problems.

We like to have the following recipe “Super Tonic” on hand all the time. When we know flu and cold season are getting closer, we get another batch going. We even use it for our animals in case that they would get pneumonia.

When you feel a tickle in your throat, feel weakness starting from sickness coming on, or are already sick, take a TBSP per waking hour.

In our experience, this can prevent or shorten the time of sickness.

Then they cry unto Yehovah in their trouble, And he saveth them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.
